A decadent, creamy milkshake that brings the classic campfire flavor indoors. Featuring real toasted marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, rich chocolate fudge, and vanilla ice cream blended to perfection.
| 8 pieces | Large marshmallows | 6 for blending, 2 for garnish |
| 3 cups | Premium vanilla ice cream | slightly softened |
| 0.5 cups | Whole milk | add more if a thinner consistency is desired |
| 0.5 teaspoons | Vanilla extract |
| 3 full sheets | Graham crackers | crushed, divided |
| 4 tablespoons | Hot fudge sauce or chocolate syrup | for rimming and drizzling |
| 0.5 cups | Whipped cream (opt.) | for topping |
Toast the marshmallows. Place the marshmallows on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Alternatively, use a kitchen torch to toast them. Watch them carefully so they don't burn. Set aside 2 for garnishing.
~5 minPrepare the glasses. Spread 2 tablespoons of chocolate fudge onto a small plate, and place half of the crushed graham crackers on another small plate. Dip the rim of each glass into the chocolate, then into the graham cracker crumbs. Drizzle a little extra chocolate on the inside of the glasses.
~3 minIn a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, the 6 toasted marshmallows, and the remaining crushed graham crackers.
~2 minBlend on medium-high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
~2 minPour the milkshake into the prepared glasses. Top generously with whipped cream, drizzle with any remaining chocolate sauce, and garnish each with a reserved toasted marshmallow.
